Commercial Scope Overview
Execution & Specifications
Whytecliff Painting & Coating Ltd. completed the interior and exterior painting and architectural coating scope for this mixed-use rental development in Vancouver. The seven-storey project features 34 purpose-built rental homes together with ground-floor commercial space.
Our scope included interior walls and ceilings, doors and frames, common and service areas, exposed concrete elements, exterior architectural surfaces, canopies, and associated coating applications. The work was completed through multiple construction phases with detailed coordination of colours, finishes, sequencing, touch-ups, and final deficiencies to deliver a durable and consistent finish throughout the residential, commercial, and exterior areas of the development.
