Commercial Scope Overview
Execution & Specifications
Whytecliff Painting & Coating Ltd. completed the interior and exterior painting and architectural coating scope for 880 Residences, a mixed-use rental development constructed by Pro-Can Construction Group in North Vancouver. The project features 41 residential units with ground-floor commercial space.
Our scope included interior walls and ceilings, doors and trims, common and service areas, parkade coatings, exterior architectural surfaces, elastomeric coating applications, canopy and structural elements, and specialized intumescent coatings. The work was completed in multiple phases with close coordination with the general contractor and other trades to maintain sequencing, finish quality, and the overall construction schedule.
